Wow.
It's been over a month, and I have not touched this blog. Partly because I still feel like I'm talking to myself, but more of "HSPAs" and "crap load" of school work......
I know, I know. No excuse whatsoever, BUT I really have been superrrr busy.
Let me explain:
HSPAs stand for High School Proficiency Assessment (or something like that).
In other words, they're p-o-i-n-t-l-e-s-s.
Seriously.
And if we don't pass them our junior year, we have to take them again our senior year. And if we don't pass our senior year......bye bye graduation.
But the catch?
Ridiculously EASY.
LITERALLY.
Even so, I was stressing out about them for the past month and a half.
Another reason why I've neglected my blog:
the lighting director.
Don't laugh! It's the most important job in the entire production! Without me, you wouldn't be able to see any of the actors, and stage crew would be flooded with light when they're doing a set change.
Our opening nights are March 15th, 16th, 17th. And since it's the 16th, I have to be there by 6:00 to set it all up.
Joy.
But that's it in a nutshell.....kind of.
I've also been dealing with a bunch of school crap-since it's almost the end of the 3rd marking period, I need to keep up my grades. Which is wayyyyyy harder than it sounds. Especially in pre-calculus. Wish me luck!
But I'm making a promise to myself as of N-O-W that I will never-ever-ever-ever-ever neglect this again.
Even if no one is reading it.
