He was the first President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints that I remember growing up (although there were many presidents before him). Beginning with Joseph Smith, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has always been led by a prophet of God. These prophets also serve as Presidents of the Church and direct the affairs of the Church. His words were so nice, comforting, and soaked in truth. Even though he passed away 4 years ago, his words still ring true today. And he will NEVER be forgotten.
So you may ask why I'm talking about him now. . . . .
