There are actually 3 phrases, so I'll share them with you :)
1 .) Answer promptly with a smile
Whenever I read this, I take it to try to be positive with w-h-a-t-e-v-e-r life throws at me.
To be prepared for the worst
and battle with my smile. . .

2.) I can't. . .I'm Mormon
I don't think I need to explain this one.
Just the fact that I like to stand up for my beliefs, and I'm not afraid anymore of how people will judge me if I decide to
"say no".
3.) Be a little crazy now and then.
Always am.
Believe me.
And I love every minute of it!
